This four-star spot sits right in the heart of Sandton, which means you’re walking distance from Nelson Mandela Square (yeah, the one with the giant statue) and practically next door to Sandton City Mall if you need to grab anything. The apartment itself – Unit 305 – feels more like staying at a well-appointed friend’s place than a typical hotel room. The kitchen actually works, which is saying something, and I mean really works with proper cookware and a full-sized fridge. I ended up making breakfast there most mornings because, honestly, the local grocery stores have incredible produce and it felt good to start the day without rushing downstairs to a crowded hotel restaurant.

What really sold me on this place was the view from the balcony – you get this sweeping look across Sandton that somehow makes the urban sprawl look almost beautiful, especially when the late afternoon light hits those glass towers just right. The apartment is spacious enough that you don’t feel cramped after a long day of meetings or sightseeing, and the bed is actually comfortable (I’m picky about mattresses). The Wi-Fi kept up with my video calls, which isn’t always a given in South Africa, and there’s decent water pressure in the shower – trust me, these details matter when you’re traveling for work. Parking was straightforward too, none of that circling-the-block nonsense you get in some parts of the city. The building’s pretty quiet considering you’re in such a central location, though you will hear some traffic noise if you’re sensitive to that sort of thing. I actually found it kind of comforting – reminds you that you’re in the middle of one of Africa’s most dynamic cities. The whole setup works especially well if you’re planning to stay more than just a night or two, since you can actually settle in and live a bit like a local rather than feeling like you’re camping out in a hotel room.

  The room completely exceeded my expectations
  I love how I can see the whole room even through the bathroom glass.The aesthetics were just mind blowing to me . I can not wait to come back here again for my vacation.The lighting was amazing also for someone who likes to take pictures a lot 🙈

  Everything was on point, and it is spacious. What you see on the images is what you get. Everything was perfect, I really enjoyed my stay there. The view was nice, the staff were nice, everything was perfect. Good value for money. I could return there anytime.
  
  What could be improved: The TV is slow, and there is no Netflix. The TV takes time to load. It was a DISASTER. But everything was okay, the problem was just the TV, the source of entertainment must be a priority.
