Three proper bedrooms means you can actually spread out, whether you’re traveling with family or just want a dedicated workspace (which, let’s face it, most of us need these days). The kitchen is fully kitted out too, which honestly saved me a fortune on takeout during my stay. There’s something satisfying about making your morning coffee while looking out at the Sandton skyline instead of fumbling with those tiny hotel room kettles.

The location is what really makes this place work though. You’re walking distance to Gautrain’s Sandton station – maybe ten minutes if you don’t mind a bit of a stroll – which connects you to OR Tambo airport and Pretoria without dealing with Joburg traffic. And speaking of traffic, being on the quieter side of Sandton means you avoid the worst of the Rivonia Road madness during rush hour. I found myself using the apartment as a proper base, not just a place to crash. The building’s security is solid without being over the top, and parking was never an issue (trust me, that matters more than you think in this part of town). What I really appreciated was how the place felt lived-in rather than sterile – you know how some serviced apartments feel like nobody’s ever actually stayed there? This wasn’t that. The furnishing choices made sense, everything worked properly, and honestly, the WiFi was better than my office connection back home. It’s the kind of place where you could easily settle in for a longer stay without feeling like you’re camping out in someone else’s space.

  Overall, our experience was wonderful with our host, Idah. She truly went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. As a mother traveling with my four daughters, I felt incredibly safe and at ease. Idah was so helpful in guiding us on what to do during our short stay and provided everything we needed — and more. She even offered me a SIM card to make it easier to move around, which was such a thoughtful touch.
  
  The ladies on the property were also amazing — always available to assist and very kind. They even helped us carry our luggage, which we really appreciated. Thank you for the warm hospitality!
