  It was clean it accommodated all of us and it was more than it’s value we never thought we’d find such a beautiful place for the money we paid, it was more than what we expected. The host was reachable whenever we needed anything or had a problem, the instructions given were very clear we never struggled with anything at all from checking in until checking out.
  
  What could be improved: Some of the house items were lose like the chair in the leaving room and the security burglar holder kept falling but we communicated with the host fortunately he was aware of everything.

  The unit was clean and well maintained. Extra blankets were available. The host was extremely helpful when we had challenges with the power outage.
  
  What could be improved: The challenge was that we had booked a unit with 2 bathrooms and had to settle for 1 bathroom due to the problem we experienced with the booking. This did pose as an unforeseen challenge.

  The owner was kind, and answered to the call promptly he allowed us to stay 2 free nights
  
  What could be improved: 1)Having one remote and one set of keys, did not make it flexible for us as the one with no remote had to call the owner to open
  2)apartment not serviced and we had to do it ourselves we were there for about 2weeks
  3) owner came refill stuff only after we called- gas, toilet paper, bedding etc..
  4) the appartment was too cold due to the fact it is a corner appart and sun penetrating plus the winter did not help
