The apartment is well laid out and spacious. The kitchen is well equipped. The cleaning equipment provided, along with cleaning supplies needed was useful. The secure parking in a locked garage is an added bonus.

The hosts were friendly and very helpful/available, but did not intrude. The street is beautiful in a good & quiet neighbourhood. We felt very safe there. We appreciated the secure (lock up garage) parking and easy access to the apartment. The unit is very spacious and the second shower came in very handy. The little balcony was lovely, and a breeze from that open door is nice when the weather is hot. Fans provided in both rooms were appreciated. Everything we needed was available including iron & iron board, teas/coffee and creamer, all the kitchen utensils. Everything was spotless, and the beds comfortable. There was initially a problem with the TV but Dominic and Karen made quick work of it and sorted it out during our stay. It didn't bother us because the WiFi was working perfectly and we didn't have much time to watch TV as we spent most of our time with nearby family. But the way they handled it said a lot, they really care about their guests' comfort and wants everything to be in good working order. Thank you both!
