The neighborhood has this creative energy that feels authentic rather than manufactured for tourists, though I’ll be honest – it’s still Johannesburg, so you want to be smart about timing your walks and stick to the busier streets after dark. The hotel staff seemed to get this balance – they’re helpful with directions and recommendations without being overly cautious or dramatic about it. Check-in was smooth, and they actually knew the area well enough to give solid advice about which restaurants were worth the walk. With an 8.6 rating from other guests, it seems like most people leave pretty satisfied, and I can see why. It’s the kind of place that handles the basics really well while giving you a genuine taste of what makes this part of the city interesting.

  The place is very well put together and very clean, I really appreciate good interior design and this place is very well decorated, the arrangement just makes a lot of sense and everything is practical. A lot of thought went into this place. The host is also very kind and ready to assist at all time.You have all the amenities you could need,the shower and bath both being available is super convenient and the electric blanket was a nice touch as its really cold in Jo'burg right now. The area is close to entertainment areas so it can be a little noisy for a few hours at night, however the apartment has an excellent sound system that can drown out the outside noise 🙂
