The kitchen is small but functional – I made breakfast most mornings and it had everything I needed. What I found refreshing was that it felt lived-in rather than sterile, you know? There were local guidebooks on the shelf, proper hangers in the closet, and even some basic spices in the kitchen cabinet. Small touches, but they make a difference when you’re staying somewhere for more than just a night or two. The only minor thing I’d mention is that the hot water takes a minute to kick in during peak hours, but that’s pretty standard for apartment buildings in this area.   The place is spacious and clean. I enjoyed my stay and the host was very helpful. He went out of the way to make my stay comfortable as possible. He was indeed great!
  
  What could be improved: I assume the pace is still under renovation, but the surroundings still have some rubbish, and need to be taken care. Walking from the parking, with luggage, to the room was not safe due to uneven terrain. I was stuck outside the gate for almost 15 minutes and the cell number given was just ringing. But the host apologised. A bell at the gate might be helpful. But am not sure I am the only guest who experienced this.
