  I loved everything about the place. It was even nicer than the photos depicted. It smelled amazing when we walked in. Loved the outside area with the seating. The different bed arrangements were also super convenient. Loved this place in general.
  
  What could be improved: The placement of the toilet and basin space in the bathroom makes it a bit difficult to comfortably access and use when you are fat. The wifi gave us trouble until the end of our stay but the host promised to have that sorted. The toilet flushing mechanism was also not working when we arrived but the host was very swift with sorting it out as soon as we notified them.

  The host is the friendliest host I have dealt with. Most respectful, ever helpful, ever ready to resolve problems.
  
  The residence is peaceful, when I saw the number of flats, I panicked. I thought I was up for night parties, loud music, and loud talking. I was pleasantly surprised. I was also pleasantly surprised by the safety.
  
  What could be improved: Finding strands of hair of the previous occupants. I am Afrikan, hair is a no, no, for us in our Spirituality. I do not want to find it on the mop, on the floor, or blankets. The kitchen cupboards require a scented cleaning – there is a smell of mould, even though they are not dirty.
  
  The beds, matrasses, and pillows should also be cleaned with scented cleaning equipment. The mattresses are a bit hard in the main bedroom.
