Randburg is honestly a gem if you want to experience Johannesburg without the chaos of the city center. The parking situation here is actually fantastic — free and private, which anyone who’s driven around Joburg will tell you is worth its weight in gold. Pine Avenue itself is quiet and tree-lined, and I found myself taking evening walks just because the neighborhood has this peaceful energy.

  Perfect location for golfing in southern Johannesburg – this was our main activity -. Plenty shopping close at Ferndale on Republic. Nice garden and the terrace was “ our place in the morning or evening”. Having our own gas equipped Brai we appreciated a lot. Very kind and helpful Hosts! Planning already out next trip to Josi….
