The 9.9 rating honestly makes sense once you’ve been there a few days. It’s not flashy or trying too hard to impress, but everything just… functions the way it should. The morning routine flows smoothly, the housekeeping team pays attention to details, and there’s this overall sense that someone actually thought about how people live in a space, not just how they sleep in it for one night.
