  Very well located and appointed property, with a great host.
  
  What could be improved: Host has had challenging experiences with some previous guests. Communication was a bit cold and hawkish i think based on past experiences, but overall good. Host just needs to be mindful to take each guest as a unique customer, equally as the experience is unique for the guest.

  What could be improved: We were told to pay an extra amount of R1 000 and after that we had to leave. The owner does not know how to talk to people. We paid for 2 nights but only stayed for a night because she (the owner) told us to leave.

  It's in a safe area and the location was good.
  
  What could be improved: It was completely different from the house I saw in the picture when I booked. There were a lot of cockroaches, the facilities were old, and the house wasn't clean, so I was very disappointed when I first opened the door and entered. It was an accommodation that was not good value for money.
