  We were having medical treatment at Sunninghill hospital, which is about 1 km away, so the location was perfect for us. The apartments are quiet, and we felt safe. The apartment itself is very comfortable, and we felt very at home. The facilities were great, lovely comfortable bed and fabulous shower. The underground parking was a bonus.
  Jacqueline and Oliver are amazing hosts, kind and friendly and go out of their way to make sure your every need is met. They almost felt like family.
  It should be noted that in the ad it said this was a ground floor unit, when it is actually on the second floor. The owners do have another unit on the ground floor and I was assured it was an admin error.

  We booked this cozy accommodation in the center for the Easter weekend and checked in on Good Friday, excited for a relaxing getaway. To our disappointment, there was a water outage in the area from Friday afternoon right through to our checkout on Sunday. This, of course, was entirely out of the host’s control due to a breakdown in the area.
  
  Despite the circumstances, Jacqueline and her husband went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. They brought water to the accommodation, checked in on us, and did everything they could to help us manage the inconvenience. Their kindness, understanding, and willingness to assist us really stood out and meant a great deal.
  
  The accommodation itself was beautiful – neat, cozy, and welcoming. It’s clear that a lot of care has gone into making it a lovely space for guests. The only challenge was the lack of water, but again, this wasn’t due to any fault of the hosts.
  
  Incredibly, Jacqueline and her husband made the generous decision to refund us for both nights – a gesture we didn’t expect but deeply appreciate. It truly shows their commitment to their guests’ comfort and satisfaction.
  
  We’d gladly return again, and we’re grateful for the way they handled such an unpredictable situation with such grace.
