Same with the water pressure, which remained consistently strong even when neighboring buildings were having issues.

What I really appreciated was how quiet it manages to be despite being in such a busy area. The building’s solid – you don’t hear much from other units or the street noise below, which is saying something considering how chaotic Sandton can get during rush hour. The finishes are genuinely elegant without being pretentious, if that makes sense. Think clean lines, quality fixtures, but not so fancy that you’re afraid to actually use anything. Parking was straightforward too, which anyone who’s driven in Sandton will tell you is not something to take for granted. The staff clearly know what they’re doing – check-in was smooth, and when I had questions about getting to OR Tambo early in the morning, they had actual useful suggestions rather than just handing me a generic transport list. The 8.4 rating feels about right to me. It’s not trying to be the flashiest place in Sandton, but it delivers exactly what it promises, and honestly, that backup power and water situation is worth its weight in gold when you’re trying to get work done or just want a reliable hot shower after a long day exploring the city.

  It was very clean and comfortable . What appeared on the pictures is exactly what we got. We really enjoyed our stay.
  
  What could be improved: One of bathroom does not have a door on the toilet, sliding door is missing so ended up sleeping with bathroom open, creates a bit of a draught. Also the apartment lock is a bit difficult to lock /unlock
