The soundproofing is solid as well – I was worried about traffic noise from Hurlingham Road, but even during peak hours, it’s surprisingly quiet inside.

What I really appreciated was how the staff seemed to actually care about getting the details right. Check-in was smooth (they even remembered I’d mentioned arriving late), and when I had an issue with the WiFi in my room, someone was up to fix it within twenty minutes – no runaround, no “we’ll get to it tomorrow” nonsense. The parking situation is straightforward too, which anyone who’s driven around Sandton will tell you is not something to take for granted. You’re also perfectly positioned for exploring the area; Sandton City is a quick drive away, and if you want to venture into more authentic Joburg neighborhoods, you’re not stuck in some isolated hotel bubble. I’d honestly stay here again – the 8.3 rating feels about right, maybe even a bit conservative. It’s one of those places that just works without trying too hard to impress you.

  The environment is gated, and there is security at the access point. Basement parking was available, which is great. The place is modern, stylish, and cozy. Met my expectations very well. The accommodation is within a short distance travel from where you need to be depending on what you want/have to do. It was very, very clean.
  
  What could be improved: The onky thing is there were no plug points near a mirror to uase a hair dryer, which was a bit challenging.

  The location was so central to Rosebank, Melrose and Sandton. The apartment was cleaned. The linen was smelling freshly washed.
  
  What could be improved: The downfall was the inverter didn’t work at 10pm and also their needed to be some sort of heater or Aircon as the apartment is quite cold. The rechargeable lights that were meant to be left for guests were not there.
