What really sold me though was the practical stuff – parking is sorted (huge relief in Sandton), the rooms are properly soundproofed so you don’t hear the city grinding away all night, and the staff actually know the area. When I asked about getting to Melrose Arch without dealing with the usual Sandton traffic nightmare, the guy at reception gave me this local route that saved me probably 20 minutes. The rooms themselves are smart without trying too hard – decent workspace if you need it, proper shower pressure, and honestly some of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in recently. The “reset” part of their concept isn’t just marketing fluff; you do feel recharged after a night there. I stayed during a particularly busy conference season when half of corporate South Africa seemed to be in town, and while other places were clearly overwhelmed, this spot maintained that calm vibe. Only minor gripe is that breakfast can get a bit hectic during peak times, but even then, the quality doesn’t drop.   The restaurant at the property is really nice and although I never had breakfast there I did invite friends over and we had dinner which was excellent. Easy walking distance to the Convention Centre

  The place was clean and the location was central. The hotel has a restaurant which is a must try. The hosts were honestly fantastic with their fast communication and availability.
