You’re literally walking distance from Sandton City Mall and the Gautrain station, which I actually used to zip to the airport – so much easier than dealing with OR Tambo traffic. What I really appreciated though was how quiet it stays despite being right in the thick of things. The building’s set back just enough from the main Sandton bustle that you’re not hearing taxis hooting at 6 AM, but you can still grab coffee at Vida e Caffè downstairs in five minutes.

This four-star setup feels more like a serviced apartment than a traditional hotel, and honestly, that works in its favor. The kitchenette in my room was actually functional – not just a mini-fridge and coffee maker situation – so I could make proper breakfast instead of paying hotel prices every morning. The staff knows what they’re doing too; check-in was smooth, and when I needed extra towels, they showed up within twenty minutes. I stayed during a busy conference week in March, and while the elevators got a bit crowded during peak hours, it never felt chaotic. The rooftop area is where this place really shines though – there’s a small pool and deck where you can actually relax after a day of meetings, watching the lights come on across Sandton as evening hits. Parking was secure and included, which honestly saved me from the headache of street parking in that area. If you’re looking for something that feels more like a temporary home base than a hotel room, especially for longer stays in Sandton, this place gets it right.
