I stayed on the fourth floor and had a decent view of the surrounding area, though don’t expect sweeping vistas or anything dramatic.

Here’s the thing that impressed me most: the attention to details that matter when you’re traveling for work or just need a reliable base. The Wi-Fi actually works throughout the building, there are plenty of power outlets in the rooms, and the common areas have this relaxed vibe where you can actually get some work done if needed. The location on Stan Road puts you right where you need to be – I could walk to meetings in the financial district, grab dinner at the nearby restaurants, or hop over to Nelson Mandela Square without dealing with Johannesburg traffic. Parking is secure and included, which saves you both money and stress. Look, this isn’t a luxury resort with a spa and infinity pool, but it’s exactly what it says it is: a solid, well-run hotel that understands what business travelers and practical tourists actually need. The price point makes sense, the service feels genuine rather than scripted, and I’d definitely stay here again when I’m back in the area.

  What could be improved: The bed was old,you could feel the springs, the toilet paper was the cheapest you could find in the market, it was also a single paper. It's an Air BNB type of booking where the security holds the keys to the apartment. The owner doesn't make an effort to come and meet you which was disappointing.
  We had to call the owner for a wifi password and she was rude on the call and snappy. I would not book the place again. The place was not entirely clean and very disappointing. There were no complimentary soaps,water, only one shower cap, for it to be called luxury hotel was a reap off.

  What could be improved: The place is not well kept, cheap and dirty bedding. The place needs to close for a proper deep clean. It’s a beautiful piece of art that needs proper attention (cleaning). The carpet needs to be removed!!

  What could be improved: Did not go for breakfast, The room was not very clean ,there were black spots on the carpet. The windowseal was dusty and the small table. otherwise the bathroom ,kitchinette was fine. Can owners please maintain their apartments because the building itself is beautiful and clean.
