The room I stayed in had floor-to-ceiling windows that showcase exactly why they call this place “Skyline” — the views across Sandton’s towers are pretty spectacular, especially at sunset when the glass buildings catch the light. The space feels more like a well-designed urban apartment than a typical hotel room, with a proper seating area and a kitchenette that’s actually functional (not just for show). The bed was comfortable enough that I didn’t wake up feeling like I’d been wrestling with the pillows all night, and the bathroom had one of those rainfall showers that makes you want to stay in longer than you should.

Dining & Amenities

While there isn’t a full-service restaurant on-site, the kitchenette setup actually works in your favor — you can grab groceries from the nearby Woolworths or pick up something from the food court at Sandton City. The hotel does have a small fitness area and what I’d call a mini-spa setup, nothing elaborate but enough to unwind after a day of meetings or sightseeing. The WiFi is solid throughout the building, which matters more than you’d think when you’re trying to get work done or stream something in the evening.
