  The hosts was initially communicative and friendly on the booking chat.
  
  What could be improved: I had a highly disappointing experience with this property. Despite confirming an early check-in, I arrived to find the apartment already occupied by another guest. I attempted to call and text the hosts several times after arriving and spent a long time waiting for a response. Eventually, the security informed me that the host was on the phone, but no further assistance was provided. I was even asked to approach the current occupant myself and inform them of the situation, which was extremely uncomfortable and led to the guest being understandably irritated. The hosts offered no assistance in securing alternative accommodation and simply told us to handle it ourselves and seek a refund. As a result, I wasted hours trying to find a new place to stay, which ruined the entire day. The lack of professionalism and support from the hosts was unacceptable. Time and effort wasted—overall, a very poor experience.

  The places is walkable to all places. The best mall in Africa sandton city mall is less than 10 min walk. Shops, eateries and Hospitals and clinics within walking distance. Above all its security. Owners reachable 24/7. Wonderful place for leisure or business
