Honestly, the 8.2 rating makes sense once you settle in for a day or two.

What I really appreciated was how quiet it gets at night, even though you’re right in the middle of everything. During the day you’ll hear the usual city hum, but by evening it settles down nicely. The building itself feels secure – there’s proper access control, which anyone who knows Joburg will tell you isn’t something to take lightly. Parking was straightforward too, none of that circling-the-block-five-times nonsense. And here’s a random detail that stuck with me: the shower actually has decent water pressure, which sounds silly until you’ve stayed in places where it’s basically a gentle mist. The staff were pretty helpful with local recommendations too – they pointed me toward a great coffee spot just down the road that I never would’ve found otherwise. Look, it’s not going to wow you with fancy amenities or over-the-top service, but sometimes you just want a clean, comfortable space that doesn’t feel like you’re paying for a bunch of stuff you won’t use anyway.

  I love the location and for a two bedroom the price is extremely good. Very nice and clean apartment. Has great views also from the balcony. They even have a workstation if you want to do some “work from home”. Would not think twice to book again.
