The four-star rating feels about right – it’s got all the comforts without the stuffy formality of some of the bigger places in Sandton.

What really won me over was the attention to practical details that matter when you’re actually living somewhere for more than just a night. The Wi-Fi is genuinely fast – I was working remotely during my stay and never had issues with video calls. The generator thing isn’t just a gimmick either; when Eskom decided to cut the lights during my second evening there, everything just seamlessly switched over. You barely notice, except maybe a slight hum that’s honestly quite reassuring.   Everything was comfortable.

  The apartment is gorgeous, spacious and with a lot of light.

  Beds are comfortable as they xan be.
  Going out of the building, there are busy restaurants and a mall right infront of it.
  And even though it was so busy outside, we didn't hear one thing about this inside the apartment.

  The best cleaning lady. I think her name was Petronella.
  Would love to stay there again but hate the way the owners handled the water issue.
  
  What could be improved: There was no water the entire time I was there, and the owners couldn't care less. Just said it was an on-going town problem, but I was never informed of this prior to my arrival. Only one 5L was full under the sink. The rest were empty.
  When I asked for some of my money back so I could book at a place with water. They ignored my request instead offered me a 20% discount on my next stay and requested a 5-star review for Booking.com.

  I like the apartment as it was very safe and comfortable. I could sleep comfortable and the securities are very friendly and helpful on each shift.
  
  What could be improved: I did not like that I could not have a visitor over due to the company policies. We got word that we have a death in the family in Cape Town and since we weren't in Cape Town, a friend of mine in Johannesburg could not come over to us for comfort, because of the company's strict policy so I had to leave the building to meet up with them.
