Each unit comes with a proper kitchenette, and I’m talking about one you’d actually use, not just some sad little coffee station. The living areas have enough room to spread out your work stuff without feeling like you’re camping on the bed.

What really impressed me was how quiet it stays, even during the week when business travelers are coming and going. The soundproofing is solid – something you don’t always get right in serviced apartments. Parking was straightforward too, which if you’ve ever tried to navigate parking in Joburg, you’ll appreciate that small miracle. The staff runs things efficiently without being overly formal about it, and honestly, after dealing with some of the stuffier hotels in the area, that laid-back professionalism was refreshing. The 7.7 rating makes sense when you experience it firsthand – it’s not trying to be the flashiest place in town, but everything works the way it should, the WiFi doesn’t cut out during video calls, and you can actually get a decent night’s sleep. For longer stays especially, or if you’re the type who values having your own space to decompress after long days in the city, this place delivers without all the unnecessary bells and whistles.

  Good location, nice building, spacious apartment.
  
  What could be improved: Furnishings and fittings were generally broken, worn or damaged. Light bulbs broken, cracked doors, worn paint, broken chairs. The apartment is not maintained but well cleaned.

  The location is amazing and check in was seamless.
  
  What could be improved: The apartment seems to receive little to no maintenance. The cleanliness is questionable as bedding had lipstick marks, pillows weren’t crispy clean and curtains were falling off the rails. It gives an impression that even after housekeeping, there are no inspections made before the next check in.
