The bathrooms are particularly nice, with rainfall showers that actually have decent water pressure (you’d be surprised how often that’s not the case in Johannesburg). I mean, when you’re dealing with the altitude and dry air here, a good shower makes all the difference. The bedrooms are quiet too, which matters because Bath Avenue can get a bit busy during the day, though it settles down nicely in the evenings.

Location-wise, this place is honestly perfect if you want to experience Rosebank without being right in the thick of the mall chaos. You’re close enough to walk to The Zone or Rosebank Mall when you want that urban energy, but far enough away that you’re not dealing with constant traffic noise or crowds outside your window. There’s decent parking – always a concern in this part of town – and I found the whole check-in process refreshingly straightforward. The staff clearly know the neighborhood well and gave me some solid recommendations for dinner spots that weren’t the usual tourist traps. What I particularly appreciated was how they handle the practical stuff, like reliable WiFi and good security, without making a big show of it. It’s the kind of place where business travelers feel comfortable getting work done, but families or couples won’t feel out of place either.   absolutely everything. there was something there for wach of my family. the location was great as the kids walked 2 min to go watch movies at the mall and time they felt like it. the host was super responsive. we got the cleaning service whenever we requested. the home was clean and well furnished with everything we needed to make us feel at home in our short stay. not to mention the massive ottoman my son monopolized!
