  Facilities were clean, private, comfortable and well situated for our needs. Quiet area. Spacious.
  Car is close to unit and securely parked.
  
  What could be improved: There is a flight of stairs to the unit, which may be challenging for someone with mobility issues or a lot of luggage. But the car is parked right at the bottom of the stairs, so it wasn't too much of an issue.

  The one bedroom apartment was fully furnished and the set up was excellent. The kitchen was fully equipped and had all the cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery. I enjoyed watching the international news and listening to music on DSTV. The ensuite bedroom was air conditioned and the bed was comfortable to sleep on. The location was excellent in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by lush greenery. Very good value for money and I would highly recommend it to other solo travellers like myself and couples.
