    I was here for 2 weeks. And it really felt like home from the first day. And Hlupekile (the manager) is a very warm, kind and humble hostess.

    What could be improved: Disappointing Stay – No Basic Amenities and No Support

    Our stay was unfortunately a major letdown. From the first morning, there was no water or electricity in the unit—this continued for the entire duration of our booking. To make matters worse, there was no communication or assistance from the owners at all. No effort was made to provide water, candles, or any form of alternative support.

    The area was clearly experiencing an outage, but the complete lack of preparedness or concern from the hosts was unacceptable. We had to check out early because the conditions were simply unlivable. Despite the inconvenience and having to cut our stay short, no refund was offered or provided.

    It was an upsetting and frustrating experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone unless there are clear assurances of reliable utilities and responsive hosts.

    I start by saying thank you to booking and the owner for this magnificent apartment that they made us rent a very clean apartment magnificent well equipped in the living room to the bathroom lounge 🛁 the very comfortable beds with clean sheets the clean hygienic facilities a free Wi-Fi connection which is stable every day in any case I recommended this apartment to everyone believe me that the apartment is more beautiful and pretty than in the photos it is in a clean and safe area easy to move around and to order transport vehicles I really can't wait to come back 🥰🥰🥰❤️❤️❤️
